Project Location: Myponga (Fleurieu Peninsula)

Tony Stacey Management Consulting assisted the Myponga Memorial Community Centre through the process of forming a Masterplan for the upgrade of facilities. The total project is expected to cost approximately $2M.

Tony Stacey Management Consulting assisted with direction of the project and funding applications. This involves:

• Formation of a Project Plan;
• Formation of a Business Plan;
• Identify fundraising opportunities including State and Federal Government Grants, Sponsorships, Bequests etc;
• Registration with the Australian Sports Foundation to enable tax deductible donations.
